Quality Control

Each PVD machine from us will be tested according to below index:

1)Ultimate Vacuum: superior to 6.7×10-4Pa

2)Working Vacuum: 9.0×10-3Pa

3)Pumping Speed: from atmosphere pressure to 9×10-3Pa≤15 minutes.

4)Pressure Rising Rate≤0.5Pa/h

What is more, we will also test popular coating colors uniformity, like gold, rose gold, silver, blue, gray, black and rainbow and PVD film adhesion such as adhesion test, salt spray test, etc.
